For $400 per month, artists may reserve the studio for up to three days per week, giving them reliable access to a dedicated room on their scheduled days. This membership also includes designated storage space so you can keep your essential tools and products organized and ready for each service day. Artists are welcome to personalize and brand their workspace on the days they are present, creating a space that feels aligned with their business and aesthetic.
The Part Time Studio Lease is ideal for established independent artists who already have a steady flow of clients and are looking for a beautiful, professional home to continue growing their business.
Studio Access Membership

For $140 per month, members receive access to reserve the studio for two day-use sessions each month. This allows you to confidently schedule clients in a professional environment that feels elevated, welcoming, and comfortable.
The space is thoughtfully designed with professional styling chairs, mirrors, and lighting so you can focus on delivering exceptional service while your clients enjoy a relaxed, boutique-style experience.
Members also receive access to the online booking calendar, making it simple to reserve the studio when you need it. A beverage station is available for your clients, helping create a warm and hospitable environment that elevates every appointment.
If additional time is needed, extra sessions can be reserved for $75 each, depending on availability.

Members receive four studio days per month (day use) for $250/mth. This provides ample time to host multiple clients while keeping your schedule efficient and manageable. Priority booking ensures members have first access to the studio calendar, making it easy to plan appointments in advance and accommodate your clients with confidence.
Artists also have the opportunity to be listed on the studio website, offering additional visibility and helping potential clients discover your services.
If additional studio time is needed, extra days may be reserved for $75 per day based on availability.

Day Rate: $100–$125 per day

Day Rate access is based on availability and must be reserved in advance through the studio booking calendar. This option is a wonderful solution for artists who need a flexible, professional space from time to time while maintaining their independence.
Many independent artists want a beautiful place to bring their clients but don’t necessarily need a full lease yet. Because of that we created our Artist Membership options. These allow artists to access the studio a few times per month while still keeping their overhead low.

Our Independent Artist Studio Booking System at Love & Luxe Co. is designed to make reserving a beautiful, professional space simple, seamless, and reliable for independent beauty artists. We understand that artists need flexibility while still providing their clients with an elevated experience, which is why our booking process is structured to be both organized and easy to use.
Artists begin by selecting the membership or studio access option that best fits their needs. Once enrollment is complete and the membership agreement is signed, artists receive access to our private studio booking calendar. This allows them to conveniently reserve available dates and times based on their membership level.
Each booking provides access to a thoughtfully designed studio environment equipped with professional styling chairs, mirrors, lighting, and a welcoming beverage station for clients. Our goal is to ensure that every artist who uses the space can confidently deliver a polished, high-quality experience in a beautiful setting.
All studio reservations must be scheduled in advance through the booking calendar and are subject to availability. This system helps maintain a smooth schedule, ensures fairness among artists, and protects the professional atmosphere of the studio.
